Holiday Schedule
We are closed the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Memorial Day. We will close at 5pm, the day before Thanksgiving and on New Years Eve.
Exceptions will be made for an additional $25.00 fee when appointments are necessary during our holiday schedule.
Payment is due at time of service.

WE DO NOT TAKE PERSONAL CHECKS. We require a valid credit card at the time of booking to secure appointments for new clients, clients booking packages and clients booking appointments for more than one person. Credit cards will not be charged unless the appointment is not cancelled according to our Cancellation Policy.
We will not bill you or any third party. Insurance in the State of Michigan does not yet cover alternative methods of health care. Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts can sometimes help your health care budget. Please check with your employer.
Unused packages have no cash value and are not refundable. Packages are good for 1 year from date of purchase.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of your session fee.
Appointments that are “no shows” will be charged 100% of your session fee.
This includes pre-paid sessions that are not canceled according to this policy.
Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. In order to be respectful of the needs of this community, please be courteous and call promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. This time will be reallocated to someone who is in need of a session.
Because our sessions are scheduled by appointment only it is imperative that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are going to be late please give us the courtesy of a phone call. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late you must call to reschedule your appointment.
New clients it is imperative that you arrive on time. This will ensure that we have the proper amount of time to spend with you for consultation prior to your scheduled session.
Vivo Wellness Center will provide you with a courtesy reminder call the day prior to your appointment. If we miss you and must leave a message our policy requires that you call back to confirm your appointment. If we do not hear back from you, your appointment will be removed from the schedule and your session will be forfeited. This includes package and pre-paid sessions.
