cancellation policy

In an effort to respect the time and interests of your sessions, the following policies are in effect:

 

  • A credit or debit card must be recorded on profile in order to book appointments

 

  • All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time

    • After hour cancellations can be emailed, left on voice mail, or simply by clicking the text link confirmation (if you are unable to cancel using the text link this means the 24 hour window has closed and you must call for assistance)

 

  • Same day cancellations will result in the card on file being processed for 50% of the session fee 

 

  • NO-CALL, NO-SHOW occurrences will result in the card on file being processed for 100% of the session fee

 

  • Declined credit cards will result in the balance being applied to your account. Resolving the balance is required before scheduling future appointments

    • Pre-payment of 100% of session fee required for ONLY the following rescheduled appointment

 

*** 15 minute grace period is allotted. Arrivals later than 15 minutes are subject to service fee, session modification, or cancellation.

(For clients 18 or under, the signature and attendance of the parent or guardian for insertion is required)
