cancellation policy

A credit or debit card is required to secure all bookings. This is ONLY charged in the event of a No-Show for an appointment.

 

NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS ARE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE PRICE. THIS FEE IS NON-TRANSFERABLE*

 

If your card on file is declined, 100% of the service price will be required before any future appointments can be made. 

 

 

 

 

A 15 minute grace period is allotted for all appointments. Arrivals after 15 minutes will be subject to service modification, rescheduling or appointment cancellation.

 

 

 

To avoid a fee, we ask that you communicate any changes in your ability to make your appointment. We understand "life" will happen and plans change, so we are available via phone, messaging or email. All communications are time stamped and checked, even if you contact us during a busy moment at the front desk or after business hours. 

 

We take no pleasure in charging fees. These requirements are in place to ensure YOUR time with us and in consideration of other guests waiting for availability.
