cancellation policy

A credit or debit card is required to secure all bookings. This is ONLY charged in the event of a cancelled appointment with less than 24 hours notice OR a no-show appointment.

 

Late cancelled appointments are charged at 50% of the service price, No-show appointments are charged at 100% of the service price.

 

If your card on file is declined, 100% of the service price will be required before any future appointments can be made.

 

To avoid these fees, we ask that you communicate any changes in your ability to make your appointment. We understand "life" will happen and plans change, so we are available via text (Square Assistant through your confirmation text message), phone or email. All messages are time stamped and checked, even if you contact us during a busy moment at the front desk or after business hours. 

 

We take no pleasure in charging fees. These requirements are in place to ensure YOUR time with us and in consideration of other guests waiting for availability.
